Who is eligible to order?
For you to be eligible to buy weed online in Europe, You must be above 18 years of age. We do not sell to people below 18 years. In addition, you can order from any country all around the world.

How can I order a product?

You simply browse through our products, make your choice of products and select your desired quantity and move to the cart page and proceed to place your order to our email.
Do you deliver internationally?
YES, We deliver all over Europe, UK, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA and Internationally.
Do you guarantee the arrival of my package?
From our side, we can ensure that the ordering process will be 100% anonymous, the sent package will be completely smell-proof, tight vacuum sealed, and will not contain any visible titles or company marks. Therefore there will be no pre-conditions to raise suspicion from anyone.
How products are delivered?
All our products will be delivered to your mailbox or to your doorstep in a vacuum-sealed package. Therefore you don’t need to present your ID to receive it and your real names and address will be written on your package. Please make sure you provide your real names and address to facilitate the delivery.
How long does it take to deliver the product?
We offer express delivery of 24hours and standard delivery of 72 hours. The orders are delivered with First Class postal service. If you place your order before 12 p.m it should arrive on the next business day, apart from exceptional cases where delivery might take up to three business days.
In case you choose to send funds via bank transfer, the product will be sent after funds are received. In general, it might take from 1 to 2 business days to receive the bank transfer.
How do I know that you receive funds?
You will get an email notification as soon as we receive the payment stating that your payment has been confirmed.
NOTE: After you make your payment, you take a screenshot of your transfer receipt or snap the transfer receipt and send it to the company email.
How do I know that you have sent the product?
You will get an email notification as soon as the product is shipped out.
Please note that notifications might also go to your spam folder. If that’s the case, we kindly ask you to mark it as “not spam” which would help our emails to pass through spam filters.
Are products in the store lap tested?
To ensure the highest quality, EU Weed Farm Dispensary only sells products that are lab-tested.
Is there a minimum order?
No! There is no minimum order. Therefore all customers are free to order any quantity. Every product in stock has its minimum set already for your convenience.
Do you accept refunds & returns?
Yes, all you have to do is:
- Inform us via email or phone
- Take a photo of the packages
- Take a close up photo of the shipping label
- Take a clear photo of the packing slip.
- Please ensure that the photo is very clear. Note: We will not process any order without the packing slip.
- Kindly send us all the photos alongside your order number via email.
When do I receive tracking for my order?
We process and fulfill your orders from Monday- Sunday between noon and 5 pm, so you should be receiving your tracking information within this time frame. If your order came in past 5 pm, then it will be processed the next business day.
How do I know that my package has arrived?
Every order comes with a piece of separate email information. One for the shipping that will include your tracking information and another that will inform you that the package has been delivered.
Also, the driver or courier may ring the bell door when they come to drop the package.
Do you ship on weekends?
We do not ship on Sundays. All orders placed after 5:00 pm cutoff on Saturday and during weekends will be shipped out on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
